Bethesda, Md. – April 19, 2021 – CBRE announced plans today to relocate its Bethesda office to the 4747 Bethesda Avenue building owned by JBG SMITH. CBRE will occupy approximately 7,799 sq. ft. of trophy office space in the heart of Bethesda in the second quarter of 2021.
The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 initiative, the company’s leading-edge approach to workplace strategy, designed to promote employee flexibility, mobility and productivity.

Workplace360 offices feature a balance of workplace settings, including both collaborative and private spaces that employees can self-select to accommodate their hour-by-hour needs. The company’s in-house Design practice will manage the workplace design and its Workplace practice will manage the workplace strategy research and change management.
The 4747 Bethesda Avenue building is a 15-story office building in downtown Bethesda, adjacent to Bethesda Row, Bethesda Metro Station, and the Capital Crescent Trail. Onsite amenities include a fitness center with studio space and a penthouse rooftop terrace.
